Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription (Sleep Sounds Premium). Premium is available as a weekly or annual subscription.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple ID account settings.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Service. You agree to promptly update your account information so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control or input. You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.
Any use by you of optional tools offered through the Service is entirely at your own risk and discretion.
